Illinois*Must provide one hour of training annually to employees and managers
New YorkMust provide annual sexual harassment training, and the training must meet the city and state requirements
*Chicago employers: Must provide one hour of sexual harassment training to employees, two hours of sexual harassment training to managers and supervisors (even if the managers and supervisors work outside of Chicago), and one hour of bystander intervention training to both employees and managers.
