Our 50/50 Program is a vehicle to bring talented new people into the insurance industry, develop their sales disciplines and build long-term careers. We’ve helped launch over 260 insurance careers through the program so far and are currently committed to 100 more hires with wholesaler and retailer customers around the country. You get up to $55,000 in salary reimbursement and bonuses, a custom two-year training plan for your new hire and a dedicated USLI sales manager to give your sales leader support and lift.
Our Sales Management program provides consultative sales support to your sales leadership team as they navigate recruiting, creating disciplined sales processes, time management, accountability, engagement and strategy. Our experienced sales leaders perform biweekly or monthly one-on-one sessions over two years.
Our Sales Enhancement, Lead Generation and Instant Quote Marketing teams are made up of salespeople in whom we’ve invested to come in every day committed to driving new business for you and growing our business together. They serve as an extension of your staff and can assist however it benefits you the most, whether it be calling agents on behalf of a wholesaler, qualifying leads for a retail agent or joining a marketing person for their sales meeting. The goal is always to make something happen for you — we know when you grow, we grow.
Finally, USLI University offers free, on-demand coursework in three different schools: School of Insurance Training and Development, School of Sales and School of Leadership and Professional Development. Our dedicated educators work with you and your trainers to integrate our course content with your training plans.
