A few months ago, I announced that we were going to be releasing a new learning management system called ULearn, which will house all of our USLI University training programs — free webinars, degree programs, workshops, instructor-led training and more.

ULearn is now live, and I’m excited to share more about how this can make a huge difference in how you train people in your office and how you achieve your own educational goals. You will still be able to enjoy all of USLI University’s educational content but within a more intuitive, hands-on learning experience.

Our USLI University team has done a tremendous job assessing the limitations of our prior learning experience and creating solutions through ULearn. With these enhancements, investing in your own personal and professional growth has never been easier.

Previously, you needed to access our on-demand coursework, live class registration and webinars in separate areas on our USLI University website. ULearn offers a single experience that streamlines how you access all of this content. Plus, you can view upcoming and completed courses all in one place. Think of it as your own personal learning hub.

You can now also self-enroll in all courses, including live classes, instead of emailing us to register. This means you can also unenroll if you’re unable to attend. On the day of your live class, you can easily access the link to join within your ULearn dashboard.

ULearn also makes it very simple to view your progress. Since we offer several sales and leadership degrees, all with varying requirements, it is beneficial to be able to track what you’ve completed. Previously, you needed to email us for a transcript. Now, you can clearly see what requirements you’ve fulfilled and what remains within ULearn.

In addition to the above, some other improvements our team made include:

  • Easier access to our health and wellness course offerings
  • Access to a three-part Power Skills Workshop with additional offerings coming in 2024
  • Functionality for managers to view team member activity and growth
  • Individualized profile setup through your USLI-SNAP account

As a reminder, our training programs have been developed by USLI University team members who have years of experience in the insurance industry, and they also spend their careers building educational curriculum and facilitating classes for you in addition to our own people. We offer training in the following areas: insurance, sales, professional development and leadership.
