Since COVID-19 affected our lives three years ago, we’ve been able to take time to reflect on the tools and resources we have in place to help you and your policyholders.

Looking back, one thing that was extremely helpful for us in 2020 was our Business Resource Center, a suite of free and discounted vendor services and educational resources available to all USLI and Devon Park customers and policyholders.

We didn’t know what to say or what the future would hold in March 2020, but we wanted to connect with you, our customer, so you knew we cared and that we would be there to help in any way we could. The Business Resource Center was a way we could bring immediate value.

Our sales team was able to stay focused and do what they do best because they believed the Business Resource Center was a clear and valuable reason to call. Those conversations often led to deepened relationships and other opportunities. Customer and policyholder calls to our free HR hotline, provided through partnership with People Systems, quadrupled in the months following the pandemic and remain high today.

  • Discounted background checks, drug screenings and motor vehicle reports
  • Discounted payroll services
  • Discounted promotional products and signage
  • Discounted job applicant assessments

While much has changed over the past three years, take comfort in what has stayed the same: the power of human connection is real, salespeople want to bring value and customers/prospects want to feel like you care and there’s something in it for them.
