Together through our 50/50 Program, we’ve hired 300 people during those 16 years, and our customers have remained committed to developing teams of sales people with great habits and confidence.

Bringing new people into any industry and getting them trained and productive quickly is a daunting task. In addition to financial support, we help customers and candidates by providing a detailed training plan for their first two years, and we assign a USLI sales manager to provide guidance and 1:1 mentorship.

The 50/50 Program is challenging by design, with participants expected to learn the insurance business, meet a high volume of sales activities and develop into elite sales professionals.
