Our 50/50 Program is a two-year sales and insurance training partnership that helps you recruit and develop individuals new to the industry. By working alongside you to identify and coach emerging talent, we help you build a strong pipeline of future producers while offering new professionals a structured path into insurance.

Similarly, our Sales Management Program offers consultative guidance for sales leaders for up to two years, supporting team development, process improvement and sustainable growth.
