When you invest in your own personal and professional growth, it’s an investment in your future. Training yourself and your people, however, is often time consuming and costly. That’s why we’re excited to let you know we have invested in a new learning management system called ULearn that can help you and your office streamline how you offer training to your people.

ULearn is an online platform where you can access all of our free course offerings, enroll in various programs, engage in interactive learning, track your progress and much more. This will supplement all the information currently on our USLI University website so you have a more intuitive and hands-on learning experience.

With ULearn, you will also have your own individualized profile set up through your USLI username and password. This means the experience is completely customized to you. Additionally, if you are a leader and manage a team of people in your office, you will have real-time access to their progress through your own profile. Viewing their activity and growth will be easier than ever before.

As a reminder, our training programs have been developed by USLI University team members who have years of experience in the insurance industry, and they also spend their careers building educational curriculum and facilitating classes for you in addition to our own people. We offer live classes, workshops, webinars and degree programs free of charge to our valued customers in the following areas: insurance, sales, professional development and leadership.

I’m confident that ULearn will make a tremendous difference in how your office accesses our educational programs and tracks the progress of your people, and our teams are very excited to tell you more about its features in the coming months.

Remember — your efforts are additive and cumulative, so what you do today truly matters and makes a difference in what you can achieve down the road. We hope you take advantage of all that ULearn has to offer when it is ready, and we look forward to helping you meet your educational goals.

Warm regards,
