50/50 Program
We’ve worked with you to hire 26 new sales people, increased our financial investment and expanded our College Help program, placing student workers in customer offices to build a recruiting pipeline for years to come.

Sales Enhancement Team
We made over 350,000 phone calls both to you and your customers to drive new business submissions and demonstrate the value of doing business with USLI. Through these phone calls, we have cultivated relationships that drive revenue and expand market reach. In 2023, these inside sales efforts have generated over 200,000 new business submissions and $100 million in written premium from our customers.
Lead Generation Team
We partnered with over 20 retail customers by providing a pipeline of qualified new business leads. In this process, we made over 90,000 cold calls to prospective insureds on behalf of our customers, and from these efforts provided over 3,000 leads. In addition to getting prospects interested in discussing their current insurance, we are creating brand recognition for our customers and helping you create new relationships.

Instant Quote Marketing Team
We teamed up with our wholesale customers to visit and train their agents on our phone and web quoting platforms over 2,000 times this year. We also collaborated on over 170 webinars covering different products and underwriting expertise. During these agency visits and webinars, we demonstrated the platforms and showcased our all-new web quote page. In addition, we held 400 training sessions with our wholesale offices to familiarize their teams with the platforms and better leverage the Instant Quote services. All these activities contributed to 20% submission growth year over year, increased efficiency, and improved hit ratios.
Sales Management Program
We worked with dozens of sales leaders through this consultative sales management support program. The one-on-one coaching and mentorship helped develop the leaders enrolled and improve sales team results overall.
