2020 Is Coming — What Do You Have Left to Do?

Ask yourself the following: How many New Year’s resolutions have I fulfilled? How many are still left outstanding? With a new decade fast approaching, it is time to make sure all of what you set out to accomplish gets done.

So, why are resolutions hard? According to U.S. News & World Report, 80% of resolutions fail. Psychology Today says this is due to the following four reasons:

  1. Your goals aren’t clear.
  2. You feel overwhelmed.
  3. You feel discouraged.
  4. You’re not ready to change.

It’s easy to carry over resolutions from year to year, but how about making change(s) with the time you have now? Entrepreneur magazine suggests that instead of making a laundry list of things to achieve, focus on changing one habit that will provide exponential benefit.
