We have always provided you with the ability to access our marketing materials via our website, so we are pleased to announce the enhanced experience of the all new Customer Toolkit where you can now download PDFs and order prints all in one place. This experience replaces our previous separate systems, the Electronic Toolkit and Print Toolkit.

We’ve made it easier to customize our marketing pieces by pre-populating your office contact details and providing you with your logo artwork. You can also add more logos to your library within your account when the occasion for customizing additional pieces may arise.

Your go-to items are at your fingertips when you need to order reprints or download, and your profile also keeps track of contact information when you need to create shipments to offices other than your own.

PDF downloads are entirely free as are any prints of USLI branded materials. USLI provides each agency office with an allowance toward prints that is shared among all users in that office. And of course, you can customize and purchase as many pieces as you’d like after that.

To access the Customer Toolkit, login at and choose Customer Toolkit from the main navigation and then LAUNCH. Your account will automatically be created and you can begin viewing marketing materials instantly, customizing, emailing yourself PDF versions or placing items in your shopping cart for print.
